10/16/2026-10/17/2026 Message from the Fire Chief:
On Friday, 10/16/2026, a strong cold front will be in the area creating a high fire danger. High winds, dry conditions and low humidity is a recipe for fires that could easily spread. It is recommended residents refrain from burning until the winds deminish. I’d anyone burns it is stressed that a water hose be close by and the fire never be left unattended.
