Please note the following conditions:

• All items are sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
• No one is available for in-person viewing of items prior to or during the auction.
• All sales are final.
• Successful bidders will be notified and must complete payment in full (cash only).
• All purchased items must be picked up by 4:30 PM on April 30 at a location that will be disclosed to winning bidders.
• The City is committed to conducting this process in a fair and open manner and appreciates the community’s participation.

Also, on the link that you go to when you are putting in a bid, there is an option to view the highest bid. This site is not live, but you can refresh your screen to see if there has been a higher bid placed on an item.
